Justine Blainey
Justine Blainey is a trailblazing Canadian hockey player who challenged the male-dominated hockey establishment in the 1980s. She was the first female player to sue Hockey Canada for discrimination after being denied the opportunity to play in the all-boys minor hockey league due to her gender. Blainey's lawsuit paved the way for the inclusion of girls and women in minor hockey leagues across Canada, and her courage and determination inspired generations of female athletes. Today, she is celebrated as a pioneer of women's hockey and a champion for gender equality in sports.

Papaconstantinou
Marissa Papaconstantinou is a remarkable Canadian Paralympic athlete who has achieved great success in the field of track and field. Hannah Deans
Hannah Deans is a highly skilled and dedicated ringette player who has been playing for an impressive 19 years. With experience playing at the A and AA levels in Oshawa, Ajax, and Whitby, Hannah currently plays at the provincial level in Oshawa on the 18+A team. In addition to her impressive playing career, Hannah has also coached at various levels, including coaching the Oshawa U14A provincial team this past season. Her passion for the sport and dedication to mentoring young athletes make her an invaluable member of the ringette community.
Emma Westwater
Emma Westwater is an accomplished soccer player who played for Xavier University's Division I women's soccer team. As a defender, she was known for her strength, agility, and skill on the field. During her time at Xavier, Westwater helped lead her team to several impressive victories, including the Big East Conference title and a spot in the NCAA tournament. She was also recognized for her outstanding performance as a student-athlete, earning academic honors and serving as a leader on and off the field. Westwater's success in college soccer has opened up opportunities for her to pursue a professional career in the sport, and she continues to inspire others to pursue their dreams with dedication and passion.
